Sheraton Shenzhen Futian Hotel

Gotta say the best about the place are the employees, first, they know English well, which makes it the best place to stay for foreigners. Second, there was a typhoon (Saola) that almost hit Shenzhen during my stay, the staff got me into a room in a corner that was protected from heavy wind, which made my stay much safer during such an Event, so kudos for that! The breakfast was excellent. The room had a good bed, and the shower was good.

The hotel location was superb, with access to train and multiple malls were located within walking distance, thus finding something to eat was easy.

super big room / suite. the access to club lounge really make the difference. Good gym equipments. It's a pity the outdoor pool is not open, that woud make the hotel perfect! I don't think I can catch covid outdoor easier than indoor! stop that non-sens.

Room is very spacious, restaurants are good, gym is well equipped, staff are very efficient and speak well English. Location is also very nice.

It is located right at the center of Shenzhen, with direct access to metro and a few minutes walk to a railway station. The room with city view and access to lounge is worth its price.
